I am capable, but I keep getting stuck
Do you feel as if everyone is making progress in their lives except for you? It’s an awful feeling, but is it actually true? On the one hand, you have goals, you want to develop as a person, and you really don’t want to come to a standstill. On the other hand, you also want to be contented with where you already are and what you have. These apparent contradictions can be dispiriting. If you really want to make progress and grow, it’s important to first take time to reflect. Give yourself the space to feel how you are doing, to notice whether your body is holding tension or pain, and to observe any repressed thoughts or feelings. By truly connecting with yourself physically, emotionally and mentally, you will be able to see the way forward again. Your gevoelszaken practitioner will be happy to guide you through this process.
