I often feel anxious
We all feel scared sometimes, and that is very normal. Fear is a warning sign that alerts you to danger and helps you to protect yourself. However, fear can sometimes be counterproductive. When it is no longer based in reality, it can prove to be an obstacle. For example, you might feel increasing anxiety about everyday situations such as having a conversation with a colleague or going into a supermarket. Our therapists can help you regain control over your life and break the cycle of fear. So that you can get your freedom back.
