I feel terribly lonely
Everyone feels alone from time to time. However, loneliness is when you feel disconnected from others. Feeling lonely doesn’t necessarily relate to the number of people you know or have around you. Instead, loneliness is about feeling as if others don’t care about you, or that no one is looking out for you. Some people are more inclined to feel lonely than others.
