After that, we create an action plan with clearly defined goals and steps for the programme. With the employee\u2019s consent, this plan can also be coordinated with the manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">Most programmes consist of four to six 45-minute sessions, during which employees actively work on their personal and professional goals. A brief report is drawn up following each session, documenting progress and reinforcing what has been learned. At the end of the programme, the employee creates a concrete action plan for further development, for which they are personally responsible. Naturally, agreements are made regarding the extent of the manager\u2019s involvement in this process.
